My wife and I met Brad when we wanted to sell my multifamily so we can get a single family to grow our family. He had the challenge to help us sell and buy a house on the same day and coordinate 3 parties to get it done. In this tough market he was super aggressive with offers and closing the deal, he would pick up the phone and have answers to any of our questions pretty much any time of the day, and he was there with us every step of the way.
